Foods Across America guarantees that your products will be exactly as described, that you will receive what you ordered, and that the products will arrive in wholesome condition. If for some reason you or your gift recipient are not satisfied, please contact Foods Across America Customer Service by the next business day after receipt of the order.
Regarding your Delivery:
Your perishable package will be delivered and released by a delivery driver. Upon arrival, keep the perishable product refrigerated or frozen. Please make arrangements for the receipt of this package, including notifying your gift recipient.
Frozen Items:
All frozen items will be carefully packaged in a re-usable Styrofoam cooler with ice packs to preserve freshness.
Non-Perishable Shipping:
All non-perishable items will be packaged carefully to ensure the integrity of the products.
All products will be shipped using a heavy-duty shipping box.
Damage or loss due to incorrect or incomplete information or addresses will void our guarantee. In addition, we cannot guarantee shipments if arrangements are not made to receive our package.

Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 12:00 PM EDT Friday. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas - please call Customer Service for more information and to arrange Saturday delivery.

New Year’s Holiday
Foods Across America Customer Service and shipping Departments will be closed on
Thursday, December 31st starting at 12noon EST and all day on Friday, January 1st, 2010 for the New Year’s Holiday.
Orders shipping with a 2-day shipping speed must be placed by Noon EST on Monday, December 28th, 2009 in order to arrive before New Year’s.
Orders shipping with an overnight shipping speed must be placed by Noon EST on Wednesday, December 30th, 2009 in order to arrive before New Year’s.
Orders placed after 12 Noon EST on Wednesday, December 30th, 2009 through Sunday, January 3rd, 2010 will be shipped out on Monday, January 4th, 2010.
